Samsung so inconviencing an update can't be taking so long....my phone been tweaking asf lately best believe I might consider switching to iphone ....#unacceptable
If was promised for February and I'm sure we're not yet even halfway into the month..... tweaking is caused by a number of factors e.g third party apps, software updates or other hardware faults, how has your device been acting up
Nope this isn't the cause. The reason Samsung takes so long to release updates is because of new device sales. Haven't any of you ever noticed that Samsung never drops a new OS without dropping a new phone? They hold the updates hostage in hopes that we will trade in on the new device. This is market strategy! So F_u_c_k Samsung with a tractortrailer size **bleep**! Watch and see how fast I switch to Google Pixel! Samsung can stick their updates and devices straight up their A_S_S!
