The Settings app isn't responding

It keeps on closing every time i try to use it. How do i fix this

Boot the phone in safe mode, try see if the settings app works then find the app that causes this and delete it.
Clear settings cache when done and let me know if it doesn't work.🙏

Last step would be to delete recently downloaded apps and see if that won't clear the issue.

If that doesn't work, a factory reset will sort you out but please back-up device first if that's the final route.
