My new Samsung A32 which was purchased in August 2021, won't install softwate updates?

The phone crashed in between. It was sent in for repairs. It still won't install Samsung software updates. Please help

Hi. You can try and install smart switch on both your computer and your smartphone, connect your phone to your computer via usb cable open and try updating your software on smart switch
