Hello my device is Samsung A32 5G and last year the new android 12 update got realesed but Im getting no updates it's says my phone is already up to date it's android 11 currently I'm using and some ppl I know who has A32 5G too got the update why am I not getting it?
A32 5G has received the One UI 5.0 update in January 2023. Kindly check your settings by going to settings > scroll down to software update > download and install update.
