I am writing to you today because I have a serious issue which happened after your recent software update on my Samsung device, and I want to express my concern and disappointment. After the most recent update, I began experiencing a problem, and now that green line that is on my device screen wasn't there before this update. This green line on the screen is affecting the quality of the display and user experience on this device. I took the time to research what happened, and there are numerous other Samsung users who have the same green line issue after the software updates, in particular on AMOLED screens. It seems likely that this is a software update problem, and not a user issue, or an issue with a physical damage. I have used Samsung products for quite some time now, and give credit for quality products, but I would expect better quality to be upheld when rolling out software updates like this. I would like Samsung to: 1. Publicly acknowledge this issue, and offer a clear explanation on what happened. 2. Provide a free screen replacement or repair service for the affected users, especially for the users who device is no under warranty but was damaged due to a faulty software update. 3. Make it a quality that future software updates will be thoroughly tested to avoid these kinds of damaging situations. I hope that Samsung takes this issue seriously and resolve this issue promptly for all affected customers. Looking forward to a prompt and positive future response.
