Software Update

Hi everyone i have a Samsung A51, i have been patiently waiting for it's software update for almost a year and a half now but i haven't been lucky to update it, anyone with an idea of whats happening with my phone, coz this problem of being unable to update my phone software has brought with it some multifunctions to the phone.

The A51 is not getting a android 14 update.

A51, A71 have reached their final android updates (android 13) they will not receive Android 14. They will only be receiving security patches. Biannual updates. Upgrade to A53, A33, A34, A73 or A54 for newer updates.
