I've got a Galaxy A73 5G, it has no audio at all after I upgraded to Android 13. 🥺

If diagnosing your phone does not help. I think you should take your devise to the nearest samsung store or go to the store which your bought it.

Another thing you can do which is the last option, is to back up everything in your phone the. Factory reset your phone

I've tried everything, I even tried safe mode, the phone still has no sound.

I think now the problem would be hardware. You should take you phone in for repair or if it is software based in sure they will.be able to help you. Im sure your phone still has warranty

Yes, it has warranty. It's only three months old.
I reported the issue on Samsung's Facebook page about two weeks ago, they advised me to take it to my nearest Vodacom shop as they're Samsung's authorised repair centre. I haven't yet because I work in a remote area, but as soon as I get home I'll take it there.

I still see few dropped frames with animations but everything is fine.
