Secure folder Forgot password

Please Help me to unlock my secure folder,I forgot my password because I was using biometrics to open the app but once I restarted my phone,the app required the password and I tried everything and now I'm on day 4 in waiting for 24 hours to make another attempt. The problem is my secure folder doesn't have the forgot password option, it only has the uninstall app option and I don't wanna loose my content. Please any trick will help.

I managed to open my secure folder, I tried clearing the cache and data on my settings then after I used the quick shortcut app .I thought I was gonna lose my content after clearing the data but everything is there😭
