Samsung tips and screen recording missing from my A15 4g Samsung

Guys how do i retrieve my missing apps from My new A15 like Samsung tips and screen recording

I couldn't find the samsung tips app in my samsung store but try searching in yours. If you can't find it here's a link to the apk

As for the screen record app, I don't think there's such a thing as screen recording is initiated through the notifications bar. If you mean the voice recording app then it's available in the store
