Samsung Wallet doubt

Does anyone know how to add the rewards on samsung wallet on A55? 

I bought my phone last year , my friend had a Samsung phone and in it was her saumsung wallet connected to her points system, I also wanted to try it.

However I have tried to go to this app and use the system but the points will not show, I'm not sure how to tackle this.

The wallet app is up to date and even my phone system.

I would appreciate any advice !!
