I'm still unable to download the update for Android 15 guys any help 

I always get that message

Download smartswitch the load it after loading it connect your phone then if there is any update available for you it will pop up automatically

I doubt you'll get any software updates on that as by the looks of it you device carries csc is AT&T, but however your active Sim 1 csc is XAA together with the other one, have you received any updates before?.... my suggestion would be to go the manual update way, using Odin.

Okay you'll need to do it manually via Odin, after that the Over The Air (OTA) updates should start coming monthly
