Samsung A50 secure folder log in issue

Having problem trying to log in to secure folder ,attached is screen shoot  of the response im getting trying to create secure folder

Hi, BossKedder224 kindly clear your cache.

Follow the steps below to do this:

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Apps.
4. Tap on the 3 dots on the upper right.
5. Select Show system Apps.
6. Select Secure Folder App.
7. Select Storage.
8. Select Clear Cache.

If the issue persists, please perform a soft reset of your device.

Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds.

*The device may take a screenshot, however, keep holding the buttons for a few more seconds.

Ok thanks perfoming a soft reset wl it delete everything

Hi, BossKedder224 kindly be advised that a soft reset will not delete anything, actually it is just a reboot of the phone.
