Ringtone mutes after call blocked

Hi, does anyone else have the experience of the ringtone going on Mute/Vibrate after a call is ocled on Samsung A53. Using the samsung caller block that comes with the phone as standard.

Please note that it is normal for the tone to go off, it also depends on the selected ringtone.

Thanks Tsogo, but I did not have this problem on my A50. Even if a call gets blocked by caller ID. It would not turn the ringtone off. Now I have to check every time a call gets blocked by caller ID to put my ringtone back on. Very strange

Thanks, I will get the software reloaded at Samsung. Maybe just a glitch on this device.
