Rebooting automatically

My phone, galaxy A70 getting reboot again and again since today morning. Please give me suggestions

•Connect the phone to its charger and see if it still reboots
•Run your phone in safe mode
•Reset all settings on your phone that keeps rebooting

Do all this and then check whether its fixed or not

Brother ,yesterday I have done the methods as you mentioned above. While charging there were no reboot but today evening its been reboot while Charging (First time).

I have checked with safe mode also almost 1 hour,there was no reboot.

Then I opted reset all settings. After that option phone won't get reboot for almost 10 to 12 hrs.

After reboot sometime battery drain faster.

Is there any chance, If I have to opt for factory data reset instead of reset all settings?
