Guys I bought galaxy A35 5G on promotion last year 20 November. They say I will get buds and watch and i claim my gift here on members app till today nothing I did get.
I have the same problem. I am so fed-up with no customer service, went back to the vodacom shop more than ten times, and spent hours on the phone to now avail. If I can only speak to a human and not stupid messages from a machine. If I do not get a reaction soon, I will never buy any Samsung products in my life as well as do any business with Vodacom as the contract is with them, and I feel they must sort it out.
