Hello
I bought the phone yesterday Samsung A55 5g, and when I turned it on, it showed a certain message (pdp backup files are detected)
I tried to update the software but it still appears whenever I restart the phone.

What should I do to solve this and what is the cause please?

Implementation steps.
1) Turn off the device.
2) Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Power button.
3) When the Android logo appears, release all keys.
4) Press the Volume Down key to navigate and select “wipe cache partition”.
5) Press the power key to select. When the wipe cache partition is complete, select Reboot system.
6) Press the Power key to restart the device.

My phone got stolen so I received a replacement from Asurion, I restored from a backup. I did all the os updates and PDP backup files detected pops up on boot. I have wiped the cache partition several times, once that message went away. After every software update I wiped the cache partition but that pop up won't go away. Is there anything else I can try?

My update as follows, I had spent time setting up all my apps so I didn't want to do it, but going into recovery mode, wiping data, then wiping cache and rebooting got rid of that pdp pop up.
