Yes.in middle east no beta program..but still u can do it with simple trick.. just remove the sim from mobile.and connect wifi.and connect vpn of the country where beta program is available.. then just clear the cache of members app and open it..your memeber app will open the country that u connect in vpn.then u can register easly for beta..after u install beta update when any beta update arive u can install the update again without connect vpn
