Is there a way to remove the new update , it's awful and I hate it. I can't use my phone the same anymore and I wanna get rid of it now.

Its not possible, Removing or downgrading ur one ui puts ur phone in a position for mal ware or any type of viruses. If u dont update ur phone samsung forces u to do it by ur device becoming slow and laggy.
