Since I updated to the latest version of Android 14 my A23F is no longer functioning. Does not allow me to clear cache partition nor to reset to factory default. All it does is restart at every second.

What was your battery percentage when you did the update ?
Never let your phone be below 80% when doing a major Android update ,

You're gonna have to flash your phone via Odin, and you'll need the correct firmware
