Now Bar on Lockscreen

My Samsung Galaxy A15 5G device has recently received the One UI 7.0 update, and it looks and works nicely, does not have the common issues I'm seeing from other users but I don't know why it won't show live matches on my lockscreen like it is advertised to be able to show live match update without having to unlock my phone, can anyone help me?

I recently sent a complaint to Samsung about the same issue, and this was their response, but it still won't show

**bleep**, I am starting to think maybe our Samsung Galaxy A15 5G does not come with the feature from the One UI 7.0 update

Nah I'm sure it's just a bug, Samsung will probably release an update soon to fix it
