Notification issue,

Samsung has removed the option to notification lights

 and edge lighting during sleep mode.?

It doesn't show in settings ?

All settings are correct but when the phone is sleep mode while coming the WhatsApp msgs display is not turning on

Sleep mode, why you want to be waked up anyway, sleep tight

Kindly check the below steps:

1-Swipe up on your home screen to access your apps
2-Tap Settings
3-Tap Display
4-Tap Edge screen
5-Tap Edge lighting
6-Tap the panel at the top of the screen to turn edge lighting on

Then,

1-Tap the Settings icon.
2-Tap Accessibility
3-Tap Advanced Settings.
4-Make sure the desired settings are enabeled.
