I would like to bring an important issue regarding the One UI 7 update on my Galaxy A53 5G (U.S. variant, SM-A536U) to your attention. The device is currently running One UI 6.1. Due to regional restrictions, I had to manually flash One UI 6.1 via a local shop.
On September 30, 2025, my device received a One UI 7 (Android 15) upgrade notification stating: “Take your Galaxy to the next level with smarter AI, a bold new design…”. However, the Software Update screen shows → “There’s no information about this update”, meaning no official firmware is available for download.
I have contacted Samsung service centers in Oman, Dubai, and the U.S. multiple times, day and night, but received no effective solution. The screenshot includes multiple models, and my phone model is definitely listed. The Community screenshot is used solely for illustrative purposes.
Through this report, I wish to inform Samsung that this is a software/server-related issue, and I hope steps will be taken to provide the official update. I am not requesting any additional benefits or compensation, only the officially scheduled update for my device.
Thank you.
