No One UI 6 for 2021 A devices in Malawi

Samsung promised 3 years of OS updates, the 2021 midrangers are supposed to get up to android 14, its been months now and I still don't have the one UI 6.0 update. What's going on ?

No. It doesn't delete memory. It only changes the website your phone downloads its update
