NOT YET RECEIVED ANY SOFTWARE UPDATE FROM ANDROID 13

I have Samsung A145P//DU, I bought it with androing 13 ONE UI 5.0 now it's almost 1 year without receiving any software update.. I used Samsung smart switch switch to check up, but still no any update so by now I don't know what to do... so I sell it? Advice me please

Yes, I bought it on 29th December 2025, and now it's August

As well as what info shows under "Software Update".
As well as a photo of your android version.

Android 15 is available for your device or model.

Thanks, yeah thats a but strange. Well best to take it to a Samsung store otherwise buy a new phone when this one breaks.
