Galaxy ACheck the File Format. Ensure the video format is supported by your phone. Samsung devices generally support formats like MP4, 3GP, and AVI. If the file is in a less common format (e.g., MKV, FLV), it may not play natively. I suggest you try to rename your video file format to the one compatible with your phone

Galaxy AGo to Settings > Apps > Gallery > Storage.Tap Clear Cache. If the issue persists, tap Clear Data (this will not delete your photos or videos).
