My phone is slow and freezes.

I recently bought an A05s and installed the latest version of system update immediately, after that, the device has been slow when it comes to running apps especially launching them. I once had to wait for it to run out of battery because it was stuck or frozen on WhatsApp it couldn't reboot or respond to any action I did. Its has been a painful experience 💔 to be clear.

Contact Samsung by opening the Members app, go to Support on the bottom right corner and scroll untill you see Error Report. Click on it and follow the steps

Its a cheap android its common im even facing the same problem on my A15 just clean your memory have atleast 10gb free space itll be faster

Sounds serious. Reset your phone to factory default, but you may lose all data unless backed-up.
