Hi there, With the latest May 2024 update i am facing an issue with the device charging. Its showing your device temperature is low and mobile can't charge. Is there any hardware issue or software. Please help out me with this problem. Thanks a lott.
Most likely hardware issue could be charging port or could be wireless charging module which includes a sensor that detects the temperature of the device
Switch off the phone and Try to clean the charging port with a soft cloth and some alcohol then let it rest for few minutes then try again if it didn't fix then most likely need a technician to take a look.
