Ms Office

I use MS office on my A22 4G and recently it crashes upon startup. All other apps are fine. I have enough space and a good data connection.

Try installing and uninstalling. I used to have the same problem

I did that and it worked fine for a while, but then started crashing again.

Try to clear cache of the app: Go to settings>> Apps>> Office>> Storage>> Clear Cache, then perform a soft reset. 

Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds.

*The device may take a screenshot, however keep holding the buttons for a few more seconds.

Have reinstalled it again. If it acts up again, will try the soft reset. I really like this app. Better than having Word, Excel and Onenote separately.
