My internal storage on my Galaxt A7 is almost full but the SD card has plenty of space However when I analyse the internal storage in Settings,the bulk is sitting in something called 'Other' I cannot find out what is in 'Other', there are no folders or anything.
I have deleted all unnecessary apps, cleared cache., but this has not feed up much space. How do I move 'Other ' rto the SD card.Many thanks,Megan
An SD card shouldn't read as other. This means your phone doesn't trust the card. It should read as SD card. How old is the SD card? Prehaps you need to get it replaced. You want it to be a reconhinised card as some phones have been known to purge data on unrecognized cards.
Dude he is not talking about the SD card.At the storage setting there is a folder called other just like there is one for images,videos,documents and music
