Mobile Services Manager post update

I don't appreciate how Samsung Mobile Services Manager (post the latest update)

- refuses to swipe close

- "Remind Me Later" snoozes for 5 minutes only

- forces you to open the app and confirm terms and conditions 

- even when ZERO apps are selected it insists on installing Candy Crush, Solitaire and 2 other apps

- cannot find the Mobile Services Manager under apps to Disable or Remove it

Samsung I under that you no doubt generate revenue from each forced installation - but remember NO IS NO!

Please how do i stop mobile service manager downloading game's,downloads and doesn't stop and it's game's that i don't want.
Please help it's using all my data

hy does samsung insist on installing bloathware? Are they also stealing more user data?
