Media not showing.

I have pictures and videos I files but it's not showing. Any suggestions? #a24

Hi where did you save it on internal storage or SD card? If SD card make sure it's mounted and seen by your phone.

There's an option to not show all albums. Make sure your phone is showing all albums in gallery

Please check that you're SD card is not corrupt. Those icons mean corrupt files.

You can test this by ejecting and reinserting your SD card or by going to storage and see if you can see your SD card there with all the files in it.

For the phone storage I'm not sure.

Maybe your phone has a virus or it has another problem that might need factory reset.

Please see attached screenshots on how to access your SD card on your phone.

Please check what is says shown in the last screenshot.

I just factory reset my phone, and thanks it worked. Although I lost everything, it was worth it. Thank you once again.

Okay my pleasure I'm glad it worked. I'm sorry to hear that. You can try to restore everything from your Google / Samsung account from the cloud.
