Can anyone help, what drivers do I need to download to make my A33 compatible for Invigilator APP use? My wife's A12 is compatible but my A33 is not. Samsung A33 is a newer version but struggles with compatibility while A12 and old phone is compatible. Also most if the so-called updates are more of downgrades than up. Most of the apps that were functional become dysfunctional after the software update
