Yes and No. If you're buying the A06, get the one with 126gb of storage, you generally won't experience lag on that one, but if you got the 64gb version, best to keep 25 gb of storage free, otherwise you will experience interface lag.
Trust me, I used to think that wasn't the issue. I bought 4 different fast chargers and still was struggling with charging until I decided to buy a samsung charger. Never had issues again. Yes the charger is not at fault, but samsung just restricts other chargers from working so you can buy a samsung charger, thus making them more money
