It sounds like your Samsung Galaxy A32 is experiencing a persistent connectivity issue that prevents you from downloading games despite having a stable internet connection. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the problem:
1. Check Network Settings
Switch between Wi-Fi and Mobile Data: Disable Wi-Fi and try downloading using mobile data, or vice versa.
Reset Network Settings: Go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This will clear and reset all Wi-Fi, mobile data, and Bluetooth settings.
2. Clear Cache for Google Play Store
Go to Settings > Apps > Google Play Store.
Tap Storage, then Clear Cache and Clear Data.
Repeat for Google Play Services.
3. Update or Sync Your Google Account
Remove your Google account from the device:
Go to Settings > Accounts and Backup > Manage Accounts.
Select your account and choose Remove Account.
Re-add your account and check if the issue persists.
4. Check for System Updates
Go to Settings > Software Update > Download and Install.
Install any pending updates, as they may fix bugs.
5. Enable Permissions for Play Store
Go to Settings > Apps > Google Play Store > Permissions.
Ensure all necessary permissions (e.g., for storage and network access) are enabled.
6. Check for VPN or Proxy Settings
If you’re using a VPN, try disabling it. Sometimes VPNs can interfere with downloads.
7. Switch to Safe Mode
Boot your phone into Safe Mode to check if a third-party app is causing the issue:
Press and hold the Power button until the power menu appears.
Tap and hold Power Off until the option to enter Safe Mode appears. Select it.
In Safe Mode, try downloading again. If it works, a third-party app is causing the problem, and you may need to identify and uninstall it.
8. Factory Reset (As a Last Resort)
If none of the above works, perform a factory reset:
Backup your data.
Go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Factory Data Reset.
Additional Tips
Check if the issue is limited to certain apps or the Google Play Store.
Test your connection on another device to ensure it’s not an issue with your router or ISP.
If the issue persists after trying these steps, consider contacting Samsung support for further assistance.
Let me know how it goes or if you need further help!
