How to restore secsound picker

I'm unable to set my ringtone ,I followed all the steps to restore secsound picker but nothing changes

Settings > Apps > Filter and sort (location is in the attachment) > Show system apps > search > SecSoundPicker

Then clear data and cache , switch force stop then restart the phone
