How to fix my wifi,Bluetooth and Hotspot

My phone doesn't want to connect to wifi and Bluetooth and Hotspot please help me fix because I have used all different ways but still doesn't want to work please help me

My bluetooth and wifi doesn't work...as soon as I switch on it switches off but it self... please help
