How do I install Whatsapp on my A11

I have been trying to install whatsapp on my phone but it keeps telling me that the app isn't compatible with my mobile device

The solution is to factory reset. Be aware that data might be deleted before factory reset make sure you backup data that way you'll able to install WhatsApp.
