I have a problem with the camera of my galaxy A12 it doesn't work

Are the pics blurry or does it not take pictures at all?

Try dialing *#0*# and tap on mega cam.
It'll ask to take a pic.
Check which camera is being used by covering the camera with your finger.
Then take the pic, then it would show the next camera, and then the next.
