Is it a manufacturing defect if the top speaker near the front sensor of the Samsung A06 is not fully filled, with an empty part as if the speaker has shifted? I bought it sealed from a store. If anyone who has an A06 can confirm, please let me know.

Just check with the store, I'm sure it's on a warranty, if it's a defect, they'll replace the device
