Galaxy AIt analyzes your data locally on your device to provide personalized AI features, and your data stays encrypted on the device. It's normal to see higher battery usage for the first few days after the update while the system finishes indexing and optimizing. If the battery drain continues after 3–5 days, try wiping the cache partition or submit an error report through Samsung Members.

Galaxy AThank you for reaching out to us.
The Personal Data Intelligence service is a system component introduced with One UI 8 that enables on-device intelligent features and personalized experiences while keeping your data processed locally on the device.
After a software update, it is normal for some system services to consume more battery for a short period while the device completes background optimization and indexing. This usage should gradually decrease after the device finishes optimizing.
In the meantime, kindly try the following:
- Restart your tablet.
- Ensure all applications are updated through the Galaxy Store and Google Play Store.
- Optimize your device by navigating to Settings > Device care > Optimize now.
- Monitor the battery usage for the next few days to allow the optimization process to complete.
If the battery consumption remains unusually high after several days, kindly contact us again through the following page so we can further assist you:
