After I updated my A50 on 5 April 2021, I cannot access my gallery app, cannot take screenshots.
I have read some of the other threads and looks like I am not the only one who has experienced this. I have tried all the steps mentioned by the support team and nothing works.
Please fix this with a new update soon, I have already told a number of Samsung users not to update their phones.
