Good day,

My phone lost network . I tried the following already:

1. Checked the Sim cards and they are inserted correctly.

2. Tested Sim cards in another phone and they are working

3. Reseted the network settings as well as factory reset and still it didn't work

4. Took it to the repair shops and they said the phone is able to read the Sim card but they can't figure out what happened

May you please assist?

Please see the screenshot below.

Was it after updating the phone?

Confirm your phone is not network-locked. Dial *#7465625# to check. If locked, you'll need to unlock it.

Dial *#06# to confirm your IMEI. If it shows as "null" or "unknown," your phone's network firmware might be corrupted.
