I've been using my galaxy A15 for 2 months now 🤔lately the screen freezes and then after sometime it shows a pop up message on the screen saying "isn't optimized for the latest version of Android,screen touches may be delayed or not recognized" now I don't know what to do because when I try to update the software it doesn't allow me to click the option to check for updates is there a way to resolve this?
As a precautionary measure, I recommend backing up your data and performing a factory reset. These glitches could be the result of underlying errors within the system software. A factory reset has a high probability of resolving such issues.
Hi Guys, My son encounter the same error msg, the bad thing is that his phone is with pin lock. and i noticed a couple of tries, i can't press number 1, 4, 7, x & 2. but able to press number 5, 8, 3, 6, 9 & 0. too bad the pin is with 1 & 7. can't figure out how long this issue will be around. I have no other way then bring back to phone carrier service center.
i thought of getting one as well, but because this issue i may stick with my 12promax.
