GALAXY A15 CHARGING ISSUE

I have issue with my samsung GALAXY A 15 ITS NOT FAST CHARGING FOR 50% ITS SHOWING 5 HOURS 

AND KEEP ON SHOWING A POP UP CHECK YOUR CHARGER CONNECTED PROPERLY 

I changed my adapter and cable 

But still showing this message and took 10 hours to charge upto 100%

Please fix this issue soon

Please try to use the originalginal Samsung charger and check your usb c port as well

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. To enable the fast-charge or fast wireless charge feature for Galaxy mobile devices, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to Settings > Device Care.
2. Tap on the Battery icon.
3. Tap the Charging menu.
4. Select one of the charging modes below, based on the type of authorized fast charger you have:

- Fast charging: Enable this mode if you are using the Adaptive fast wired charger.
- Super fast charging: Enable this mode if you are using a wired Super fast charger.
- Fast wireless charging: Enable this mode if you are using a fast wireless charging pad.

To enable any one of the charging modes, simply tap the switch to the right side.

You are unable to use the fast charging feature or the super fast charging feature when you charge the battery using a standard battery charger. To use the fast charging feature, you must use a wired battery charger that supports Adaptive fast charging. To use the super fast charging feature, you must use a wired USB PD (Power Delivery) charger that supports super fast charging.

I have a new A15 5g 2024 (bought on Amazon).  It won't charge wirelessly.  When I go to the charging menu, I only get one option for charging mode : Fast Charging.  Can you broke with this.
