Galaxy A
My galaxy A50 A50 doesn't recognise my fingerprints after update to android 10. I had to factory reset but the problem still persists.
Would you clarify on the same please or should we wait for an update to fix this.

Lets try this
clear system cache. power down the phone. then press power on and volume up button together until the device vibrates. use the volume down key until you highlight clear system cache. then press the power button to select. then select reboot.
once device has restarted re-register your finger prints. register at least 2. moisturize your fingers. sometimes the in display fingerprint scanner fails to pickup if dry.
also remove any screen protectors on the phone.
