Try going into SETTINGS>DISPLAY> click >TOUCH SENSITIVITY<

Before you do this next step-

After- on settings... go to your fingerprints and re-register them. Remove and add them back

On A36. Mine unlocks and then the screen doesn't respond where the fingerprint is after it is unlocked. Samsung support claims that my problem is a software issue and "likely already resolved".
