Finger print problem on A32 saying

Pls can anyone pls give me tips to resolve my finger print problem on my A32 it always saying fingerprint error if occur again restart phone have done that so many time but still the same can anyone help. Thanks

Try updating your phone software maybe it will work if it doesn't work then send it to your nearest samsung
