Maybe like the other guy said there is a DDoS attacks like sneaky attacks like they know Samsung going to release updates so they launch their attacks during those times to make it look not suspicious.

The local servers were likely affected the same way almost every other website and ISP in SA has been disrupted this week due to the national DDoS attacks. It's a country-wide issue, as reported on Downdetector, MyBroadband, and other news outlets.
