Galaxy AI've been using the Samsung Galaxy A52 for almost two months now, and I've continuously had issues activating my digital wallet. It was working flawlessly on my previous device, the Galaxy S10, but on the A52, I encountered activation issues.
The problem arises when I attempt to enter a 4-digit PIN to activate the wallet. Every time I input a number, it seems to repeat itself, causing an error in the app's protocol, which doesn't allow repetition of numbers.
Please assist me in resolving this bug so that I can use the digital wallet feature seamlessly on my Galaxy A52.

It sounds like you're facing an issue with the keyboard or input method on your Samsung Galaxy A52, where the digits are repeating themselves during the entry of your 4-digit PIN, which is causing problems when activating the digital wallet. Here's a step-by-step approach to resolve this:
1. Clear Cache and Data for the Digital Wallet App
Sometimes, app data corruption or cache buildup can cause unexpected behavior. Here's how to clear the cache and data:
Go to Settings > Apps.
Scroll down and select the Digital Wallet app (e.g., Google Wallet, Samsung Pay, etc.).
Tap on Storage.
Tap Clear Cache and then Clear Data.
Restart your phone and try entering the PIN again.
2. Check Keyboard Settings
If the digits are repeating during input, there may be an issue with your keyboard settings.
Go to Settings > General management > Samsung Keyboard settings.
Ensure "Repeat key" settings are set to default or disabled. This should stop unintended repeating keypresses.
You can also try switching to a different keyboard temporarily (e.g., Google Gboard):
Go to Settings > General management > Keyboard list and default.
Enable Gboard or any other third-party keyboard, and set it as the default keyboard. Then, try entering the PIN again.
3. Check for Software Updates
Your phone may have a bug that has been fixed in a newer update.
Go to Settings > Software update.
Tap on Download and install to check for any updates.
If an update is available, install it, and then try activating the digital wallet again.
4. Check for Digital Wallet App Update
Ensure that the digital wallet app is updated to its latest version:
Open the Google Play Store.
Search for the digital wallet app you're using.
Tap Update if there's an available update.
5. Try a Different PIN
Sometimes, issues can arise from specific PIN combinations. Try setting a different 4-digit PIN in the app that avoids similar digits or patterns.
6. Safe Mode Test
To rule out interference from third-party apps, boot your phone into Safe Mode and test the wallet activation:
Press and hold the Power button.
When the power-off menu appears, tap and hold Power off until you see the Safe mode option.
Tap Safe mode.
Once in Safe Mode, try entering the PIN in your digital wallet app again. If it works in Safe Mode, a third-party app is likely causing interference.
7. Factory Reset (Last Resort)
If none of the above steps work, you might need to perform a factory reset. Backup your data before doing this as it will erase everything on your phone:
Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Factory data reset.
After resetting, try activating the digital wallet again to see if the issue is resolved.
