Dual Messenger

Unable to find dual messenger WhatsApp data (photos, videos etc) in gallery as well as file manager. In file manager shown only Dual Messenger Folder but data is unavailable. Kindly solve as soon as possible.

Even I am also facing the same issue with dual whatsapp on S21 Ultra, rather many are there. I have reported same to samsung. Let's see.

Same with me, I contacted Samsung technical support and after an hour of discussion and remote connection he told me to contact the support in my region because they are not supporting my mobile model, I have Note fan edition, M31s, A51, and note 10+ :(
